DIRECTIONS
1. Shake well before use.
2. Draw the tip of the pen from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible.
3. Slant the pen to create a thicker line.
4. Apply white eyeliner to the water line to complete your wide eyed, defined look.

Mentioned reason for the return of the order
